28.12.2009    No words can explaine what we have been through this Christmas with Paloma and her kittens (so we're don't even going to try). The good news is that all is now doing fine...

19.12.2009    A blanket of snow lays over Denmark so it's starts to feel like Christmas, with only a few days left to Christmas eve and the birth of Paloma's kittens. It's been a funny week... Michael's big dream finally happend, he got his oriental shorthair...! A very funny boy with a funny sound, he talks a lot - Thanks to Dorte Kaae for this wnderfull boy, we're sure he'll make a nice show neuter for us. Also it's been the week where Alomi's Zarah once again came in to heat, so she moved in with our male, who breed her right away, so with a little bit of luck we will have a litter from her in the Spring of 2010 - We keep our fingers crossed...!

07.12.2009    TICA show weekend in Denmark, with 10 rings, our very first TICA show... It was a great experience and we think we'll give it a try again in the future. Our "Junior" did two out of ten finals, he was there both days and became TICA Champion. "Krumme" who we only showed one day, did four out of five finales with 3 times best cat (2 x AB and 1 x SP) and she is now TICA Grand Champion and only 40 points away from her next TICA title...

16.11.2009    To day we had the check up of Zarah, so we went to the vet, not knowing if it would be good or bad news. The vet did his exam of her and found her 100% fine again so hopefully she still will be able to bring us kittens in the future - only time can tell, but there is nothing the matter for trying to breed her...

  15.11.2009    SUPER SHOW WEEKEND...!!! Chisabo's Angel of Mine was BEST IN SHOW

  both days, so he got his 5th. and 6th. BIS (with all judges votes) and is now JUNIOR

  WINNER...!!! He also got BOV total Sunday... He will now have a show break and will return

  as a neuter some time in 2010... And hopefully we have some new kitties to show in the

  new year...

11.11.2009    Weeeeee, now ES*Maradan-A-Paloma is for sure pregnant - red "dots" all over... The kittens should be born around Christmas eve - so we know what we'll have for Christmas... ;-)

09.11.2009    This weekend we were at a show and stayed with our friends that have Lille My and her dad, Precious. It was so nice to see our beloved cat's again, and wow, a lot have changed in just a few weeks - Lille My, of cause have the age for change, and as long as it's for the better, it's more than ok, and she looks amazing...!!! She is changing form her charming look to a mean looking youngster... I can't wait until she will be old enough so we can try to have a litter with her, I'll think it will be great...!! Once again thanks to John and René for taking such good care of our babies - a dream home for every cat ;-)

03.11.2009    I think we just had every breeders worst nightmare come true... Expecting kittens around Halloween, everything was great and we really looked forward to having babies again. After not sleeping for four days she finally gave birth to a tiny black female (50 g.) and a black boy (86 g.) but as big as she was, we thought she wasent finished... Nothing happend, and she wanted nothing to do with the two born kittens, not eating or drinking and not able to go the the litterbox, we got in contact with the oncall vet for the weekend. They could xray and then we just have to wait, because there was nothing more in her. Two days I (Heidi) feed, clened and keept the kittens warm, until she wanted them, she dident have any milk, but as long as she could keep them warm, I could feed them... Then Sonday the big boy died and it just got worse and worse, not having sleept for 5 days, the female got very sick, so we went to the vet again... They scanned her, and her insides was full of infection and was rodden... We havent thought of this, because she dident smell at all, (normal acoring to our vet, when it's all inside) but he gave her a lot of medicine and then she started to smell, because it started to come out... The vet gave the tiny girl kitten some medicine to make her a bit stronger, in hope she would pull throug, but two hours after returning from the vet, she passed a way. The female seems to be better, if she makes it over this, she will proberly not ever give us any kittens again - she have to return to the vet in two weeks for a check up... This must be every breeders worst nightmare...!!!

21.10.2009    Homepage finished and online...!

19.10.2009    Still working on the new homepage... The HALLOWEEN cat show is now over and we are happy to say that Angel of Mine became BEST IN SHOW (6-10) again. Precious Lille My moved to her new home this weekend after the show (she was BOV total), she will be living with her dad, Melosito's The Precious, René and John. And Recórcholis has been breeding Paloma for two days now so if she is pregnant it looks like we will have kittens for christmas this year...

13.10.2009    Working on the new homepage. There are so much to do this week before the HALLOWEEN show in Årslev (DK) by Katteklubben. We hope that everything will be ready in time and that we will have many wonderfull pictures to share with you all...

27.09.2009    We just had yet another wonderful show with Chisabo's Angel of Mine, our darling little boy. He became BEST IN SHOW in class 11 (6-10 months) and now he only needs two more to get the title Junior Winner. The next shows are at the same time as Zarah's litter will arrive, so we have to see what will happen ;-)
